All orders over $50 include free domestic USA shipping. The majority of our items are shipped using UPS Ground. A few come through USPS. You'll be provided with a tracking number once we have that available. If you need an item shipped faster, or prefer to use another carrier, contact us and we can provide a quote.

We guarantee our products will be free of manufacturing defects. Should you receive a product that has been damaged or is defective, contact us to start a return/replacement process.

We only use high quality products that we've personally tested and approved ourselves. Arvie (our four-legged helper) has added his stamp of approval on each product as well. We won't sell it if we don't love it ourselves.

Because almost all items are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns. If an item you receive is defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and include a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item and it's packaging. We will send you a shipping label to send us the damaged product back as well as ship out a new product to you.

For in-stock items, we do offer exchanges for new, with tags, unworn items with 15 days of purchase. Simply contact us to let us know you're shipping your product back to us and we will exchange with a different color or size if the item is still available once we receive your returned package. If an in-stock item has sold out, simply ship your product back to us and we will refund your money.

YES! We source from the USA as much as we can. All woven throws and pillows are designed in Texas, and made in the USA. All fleece throw blankets, and faux suede pillows are also designed in Texas and printed the USA of imported products. Our snoot socks are made right here in the USA! Our apparel is made from various countries.

We wish we could comply with your request, but we currently do not provide sample fabric swatches. We are a small company and we're out to make products with as much quality as we can. Everything is tested before we choose to add it to our store. We're all about comfort and quality!

For Apparel, use our sizing charts and read our descriptions where we try to add honest sizing feedback to help with your decision. Most products you can simply order your regular size, and if you like a looser fit or are in between sizes, order one size up. Many of our t-shirts are relaxed fit for comfort. As for blanket sizes - that's a personal choice!! Our 50" x 60" blankets are perfect for the sofa, or plane, or car. our 60" x 80" blankets are best for full body coverage, or for covering multiple people and will generally cover the top of up to a queen sized bed.
