Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: Colors shown in pictures are approximate only. Woven blankets have a limited color pallet and will not print bright colors - this is NOT a defect, but part of the natural beauty for those blankets to have a darker, more muted tone than may be depicted online. Other items could also have slight color variation. Please contact us with ANY questions.
RETURN / REFUND SUMMARY:
• Defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipment products eligible for refund/replacement if you contact us within seven days of delivery.
• In-stock products are eligible for return within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping.
• Custom products are not eligible for return, although we strive to make our customers 100 percent satisfied, so contact us and we can evaluate your claim on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN POLICY: Please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to your purchase. We want you to be 100% satisfied, and find communication is the best solution. Many of our products are uniquely created for each customer and therefore we do not accept returns due to user error such as an undeliverable address, buyers remorse, incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Should your product be defective, misprinted or damaged during shipment, within seven (7) days of delivery, please send us pictures of the item and package showing the damage and label of the item along with a clear description of the problem and contact us, we will do our best to make it right. As soon as the evidence is verified, we will reship your order. Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within seven (7) days after the product is received, or no exchange or refund will be processed.
REFUND POLICY: In the case of defective, misprinted or damaged during shipment items, we can offer a full refund or replacement. Regular products (non-custom products) are eligible for return/exchanges within 30 days of when the product was delivered to you if they are in brand new, unworn, unwashed and still have tags intact. There is no restocking fee. No returns or refunds are allowed on any custom items.
RETURN SHIPPING: If your product is accepted for return/refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing extra shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item if the shipping carrier loses the package.
REFUND PROCESS: Any product accepted for return/refund must be in its original unused condition with all tags intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
